About
the Village Hall.
The historic village of Aller is set in the heart
of the Somerset levels, 2 miles from Langport on the A372 towards
Bridgwater.
The village Hall is situated in
the High Street and easily accessible; it is well proportioned at 17.5

and now provides: disabled access, a modern well equipped kitchen, tea

These charges cover
electricity and go towards the upkeep and overheads of running the
hall. Annually, to balance the books, we need to raise about another
£1000; which we do from fund raising events, such as fireworks and fun
days etc.
Tables and chairs may be borrowed
for a small donation.

Please note; all hire fees now include electricity charges. No
more feeding the meter!!
Hire of tables and chairs – reasonable donations please.
Please ensure they are returned promptly after use
Any damage must be paid for
A separate charge will apply to tables and chairs returned broken.
These fees are necessary to meet ongoing running costs and overheads,
including insurance and maintenance.
