How do I use the text resizing To use the accessibilty text resize control simply click one of the three As to resize the text to the appropriate size. Alternatively you can resize the text using your browsers own controls by holding ctrl and scrolling the mouse wheel or pressing the arrow keys.

What better way to support a sustainable, vibrant community than through a Village (or Parish) newsletter or website!

 


For any rural community, newsletters and websites can play an important part in promoting village life, helping to improve the quality of life for residents and visitors alike.

 

Good communication channels are the recipe for success in so many situations; not least for rural community living. Recognising this, the Community Council for Somerset runs an annual competition, to highlight all the great communications work going on in our rural communities and to recognise the hard work and commitment of those people who make it all happen.

 

The Community Council for Somerset are not running the Communications Competition in 2009 but it will hopefully return in 2010.
