How do I use the text resizing To use the accessibilty text resize control simply click one of the three As to resize the text to the appropriate size. Alternatively you can resize the text using your browsers own controls by holding ctrl and scrolling the mouse wheel or pressing the arrow keys.

Village Communications Competition 2008


This year's communications competition was launched in early summer 2008, culminating in the presentation of the awards at our Annual General Meeting (10th September 2008), in the presence of His Worship, the Mayor of Taunton Deane, Cllr Tim Slattery.

 


Building on last year's successful results and feedback, we kept the two categories as last year: ‘Websites' and ‘Newsletters'. This year, Newsletter entries were judged under one of the following four categories: A4 colour, A4 black and white, A5 Colour, A5 black and white. Entries were welcomed from across Somerset.

Somerset Web Services offer a range of web design and hosting services, including Content Management Systems, e-commerce websites and are currently working with the Community Council for Somerset on our new improved website.

 


Somerset Web Services recently launched a major new product, The National Pages, (www.thenationalpages.co.uk) which is an innovative business search engine, currently being showcased in the South West. This exciting product was launched on 28th April 2008 in Taunton.
